This seminar will be photographed and filmed by a photographer working for American Strength & Combat LLC ("ASC").
By signing below, I give ASC and the seminar instructor, Gabi McComb, permission to photograph and record me during the seminar and to use those photos and video — including my likeness, voice, and first name — on their websites, social media, advertising, sponsor materials, and other promotional uses, in any media now known or later developed, without payment to me. I understand I will not be identified by last name without my separate consent. I release ASC, its owners, staff, contractors, and Gabi McComb from any claims arising from this use.
OPT OUT: Participation in photos and video is NOT required to attend. If you would rather not be photographed or filmed, tell the front desk when you check in and you will be given a colored wristband; the photographer will keep you out of the shots, and any image in which you are identifiable will not be used.
